2.Types of tissue: Ray Long key muscles of yoga pages 26-43 and PLTTM pages and PLTTM Chapter 3.3 and 3.7

3.Tadasana lecture: PLTTM chapter 3.13

4.Breath and Bandha lecture: PLTTM chapter 3.10, 3.11, 3.8 (bandha)
